01 / Visual identity

A more cohesive first impression.

New branding, physician-focused imagery, and a consistent navy, cream, and amber palette.

02 / Hierarchy

A clearer way into the guide.

A simpler main menu, more deliberate typography, and a compact summary of key loan features.

03 / Next step

A visible path to getting matched.

Prominent calls to action connect visitors to the delivered intake form and CRM journey.

A more useful first impression.

The client needed a more professional, interactive website. The overhaul paired a refreshed presentation with a clear next step for visitors: a physician intake form connected to the client’s CRM.

What I delivered.

  • A new WordPress theme and logo, physician-focused imagery, and clearer navigation.
  • Get Matched calls to action connected to a two-step intake form.
  • A contact and source-tagging path in GoHighLevel.
  • Preserved existing content and key homepage SEO settings, with the original theme retained for rollback.

Connected beyond the page.

What was checked.

Launch checks recorded the redesigned homepage, loaded logos, all five visible Get Matched links, and the embedded intake form. A subsequent user test was confirmed successful on 10 September 2026.

The result at launch

A published redesign with a tested intake journey connected to the client’s CRM.

What comes next.

Lead notifications, ownership, follow-up, email setup, and traffic attribution were identified as subsequent work. Traffic, conversion, and revenue improvements have not yet been measured.

The screenshot documents the delivered visual design. Launch checks and the confirmed intake test document the working website-to-CRM journey. Conversion impact requires separate measurement.
